The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at Cyril Jackson Recreation Centre on 13 December. The 2025 committee will be serving light refreshments and chatting with members from 1:00 with the official meeting proceedings to begin at 1:30.

At the AGM, the President and Treasurer will give updates on the club’s activities over the past year. We will also be holding a series of votes on proposed changes to the Club's Constitution. The full list of proposed constitutional changes can be found here.

The AGM will culminate with the election of the 2026 Committee. If you would like to nominate for a position, you must complete a Nomination Form. This form will close 24 hours before the AGM. If a vote is required, nominees are allowed to give a short presentation on their suitability for the position. For nominees not in attendance a short written statement can be provided to a proxy to be read aloud instead. Please note several committee positions are subject to the outcomes of votes from earlier in the meeting.

Please RSVP your attendance as it is important to have as many members in attendance to vote on and welcome the incoming committee. Your vote is valuable no matter how long you have been with the club. There have been many new members this year and you all make up an essential part of this club’s future.

If you cannot attend on the day but would like your vote to count, you are able to arrange a proxy to vote on your behalf. To do this, you must email keegan.elsner@perthscorpionsvolleyball.com.au with your proxy’s name at least 24 hours before the AGM begins. Individuals may not be a proxy for more than 5 people at once.
